A native of Southern California, Dr. Leo received his Bachelor's degree from MIT, and received his M.D. degree from the University of California at San Francisco. Dr. Leo has been in the practice of critical care medicine and internal medicine for over 22 years. Through caring for thousands of patients in that time, he has developed a broad range of expertise in all aspects of Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine (the latter including both outpatient and inpatient care). Dr. Leo's experience in hospital leadership enables him to testify regarding issues of patient safety, peer review, and other medical staff issues.
