Dr. Leo has been in the practice of critical care medicine and internal medicine for 19 years. Through caring for thousands of patients in that time, he has developed a broad range of expertise in all aspects of Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine (the latter including both outpatient and inpatient care).

Over the last ten years, Dr. Leo has garnered extensive experience as an expert witness, involving case review, deposition testimony, and trial testimony. He is able to provide an insightful and thorough analysis of cases ranging from the simplest outpatient cases to the most prolonged, complex hospital cases (some of which have spanned months of care). His unique qualifications, including a triple board-certification in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine, training, and practice allow him to analyze complex cases that might otherwise require several experts from different specialties to evaluate, thereby providing substantial cost and time savings for attorneys. Those same qualifications, along with excellent presentation skills, provide substantial credibility with jurors.
